Credit will be valid for a year from issue date, and any credit not used within that time period will be assumed to be a donation to the Lyric. These will have been emailed to you at the time of booking. No refund or exchange will be offered in this instance. Audience members who leave the auditorium once the performance has started may be asked to wait until an appropriate moment in the performance to be re-admitted.

The majority of classes are only available to book ‘per term’ as opposed to ‘per class’ however specific classes may offer bookings per class or as trial space. Classes take place every school term for 10 weeks, there are no classes during half term. Each specific class will have an age range that’s applicable e.g. 7 – 9 year olds. The recommended age for each show changes from performance to performance. Free First Night is our ongoing initiative, supported by Hammersith & Fulham Council, to offer those who live and work in the borough free tickets to the first night of all Main House Lyric productions. School bookings refers to purchases made by an educational establishment for a group of young people (aged 0-25).

Play the Game is a new initiative created by Heart of Midlothian Football Club which has been developed to support the thousands of people involved in the grassroots game. Whether you play for fun, fitness or to win, our multiple divisions allow you to play against teams of similar ability. We pay our referees £10 for each 40min game; 3 to 4 games a night.

It’s exceptionally clean in every area of the whole park, staff are very friendly and helpful, the amount of activities that are available is AMAZING and for all ages to enjoy, there really is something for everyone. The BEST park I have been to with our little family and we have been to a lot! Wonderful day out at Stockeld Park with the family (2 year old and 9 year old). There was a group of 10 of us who attended on Sunday for a family day out. We are proud to be Yorkshire’s best family adventure park, which is open to over 2,000 acres of rolling parkland. All Young Lyric Members can access 2 x £5 tickets to every Main Stage show, subject to availability. If you have booked your tickets via a ticket agent, you will need to speak to their Customer Support teams to reorganise your tickets or request a refund. If any tickets are returned before 10am on the day of the performance, those on the waiting list will be contacted first for the opportunity to purchase. If a performance is sold out, please send an email to  if you would like to be added to a waiting list for returns. If a performance is sold out and you are no longer able to attend the performance, please send an email to  to discuss the possibility of putting your ticket up for re-sale. We will exchange tickets for another performance of the same production on a different date/time, subject to availability.

We also have a baby change facility and accessible toilet on our first floor near the entrance to the Reuben Foundation Wing. Please note that items are only kept for a 14 day period. For lost property enquires, please send a description of the item and where you last saw it in the building to  and we’ll let you know if we’ve found it. It’s great for all ages and even better because the grown-ups can join in! The Wizard of Oz theme was a great addition and the characters in the Enchanted Forest were so engaging with our children throughout. And the length of time you are allocated as well is very generous.
